Narwal Flow or Freo: Why Doesn't the Series Name Tell You Much?
Summary
Narwal's FlowWash system, a belt-style mop that's washed as it rolls, shows up on the Freo 20 as well as the Flow line, so the series name doesn't tell you how a robot mops. Within Freo alone, the range runs from the $349.99 Freo S to the $1,099.99 Freo 20, with big differences in suction, mopping, and dock features. You'll narrow things down faster by starting from what your floors need than from the series label.

The site menu also lists a new Freo 20 Edge, but the collection page doesn't show its price.
How the top three differ
Narwal's comparison table gives the Flow 2, Flow, and Freo Z10 Turbo the same obstacle avoidance (binocular vision plus a single-line laser) and the same kind of dock, which washes the mop in hot water and stores 120 days of dust. The differences are suction (31,000 Pa on the Flow 2, 22,000 Pa on the Flow, 25,000 Pa on the Z10 Turbo) and edge cleaning, where only the Z10 Turbo has both MopExtend and EdgeSwing.
Start from your floors
For mostly hard floors where mopping results matter most, look at the FlowWash models: Flow, Flow 2, and Freo 20. For a carpet-heavy home, the Freo Z10 Turbo's CarpetFocus is the feature to look at. If you want to spend less and empty the dock rarely, the Freo S fits.
