eufy, Yarbo, ANTHBOT, Lymow, or MowRo: Which Newer Robot Mower Brand Suits Your Yard?
Summary
These brands are aimed at very different yards. eufy targets 0.2- to 0.3-acre lawns without RTK or wire, Yarbo is built for 2 to 6 acres, Lymow's tracks are made for steep ground, and MowRo keeps costs down with a boundary-wire design. ANTHBOT stands out for offering both RTK and LiDAR models.
eufy E15 and E18
The E15 is rated for 800 m² (0.2 acre) and the E18 for 1,200 m² (0.3 acre). eufy's pitch is "No Wire, No RTK," with its V-FSD system building the map on its own. That means no reference station to place and less worry about satellite reception. Both handle slopes up to 18°.
Yarbo with the Lawn Mower Pro module
Yarbo lists coverage up to 6 acres, and its FAQ describes the mower as built for properties between 2 and 6 acres. It uses RTK plus a set of onboard sensors and runs on tracks that handle 70% (35°) slopes. No base station appears in the current box contents; the system relies on Yarbo NetRTK, which delivers corrections over a network connection (check Yarbo's site for the current package and any service fees). Regular price for the core unit with the mower module is $5,999.
ANTHBOT
The M5 (500 m²) and M9 (1,000 m²) are wire-free models that combine RTK with dual cameras. The M5 LiDAR uses a 360° LiDAR sensor and cameras instead, so it doesn't need RTK, which helps in yards with limited open sky. The lineup also includes the N8, a 1,500 m² model that can collect clippings and sweep, and the Pion, a boundary-wire model.
Lymow One Plus
Lymow uses tracks rather than wheels and is rated for slopes up to 45° (a 100% incline). Positioning comes from RTK combined with VSLAM, which estimates location from camera images, and an RTK reference station is in the box. Daily coverage is listed as 1.1 acres for the 5A model and 1.73 acres for the 10A, though Lymow notes the higher figure is a theoretical maximum under ideal conditions. The 5A costs $2,999 and the 10A $3,199.
MowRo RM24
At $299, the RM24 covers up to about a quarter acre (10,890 sq ft). It ships with an install kit and runs inside a boundary wire. It handles slopes up to 50%.
Measure before you compare
Know your lawn area, your steepest slope, where trees or buildings block the sky, and the width of your narrowest passage. Those four numbers rule out the wrong navigation type quickly. With newer brands, also look at how US support works and how easy it is to get replacement parts.
